Provide evaluation and care for patients with respiratory insufficiencies and develop a plan of care based on diagnosis. Monitor patient condition and respond to emergency resuscitation team codes.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and relevant certifications, including BLS and RRT. Two years of critical care experience is strongly preferred.

BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Respiratory Care Practitioner credentialed from the Indiana Respiratory Care Committee obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Respiratory Therapist specializing in Registered credentialed from the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC) obtained within 12 Months (1 year) of hire date or job transfer date required. Advanced Life Support preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Certification specializing in Neonatal Resuscitation credentialed from the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) preferred. Pediatric Advanced Life Support preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Technical degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
What additional preferences we're seeking RRT preferred Two years of critical care experience strongly preferred Will rotate to PMCH, Seton, and 86th Street hospitals
