The Medical Assistant will provide clinical support to patients in the Physician clinic under provider supervision, ensuring continuity and coordination of care for adolescents and adults in the outpatient setting. Additionally, the role requires cross-training to perform Front Office Representative duties, including patient reception, scheduling, and payment documentation.
Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and have two years of clinical office experience, including knowledge of medical terminology and computers. A current MA certification is required, or it must be obtained within 90 days for new hires, alongside a current CPR certification.

Medical Assistant will be required to cross train to work as a Front Office Representative. Front Office Representative duties include the efficient, productive, and professional operation of the front office of the Clinic, which includes telephone and patient reception, scheduling patients, collecting patient demographic and insurance information, and collecting/documenting patient payments.
