Min $23.18 Mid $28.48 Max $33.78 Recruiter: Brianna Foley JOB DESCRIPTION: Under the general supervision of the Director of Radiology, Radiology Manager and the clinical direction of the section Supervisor, the Radiology-Medical Assistant II/Scheduling Specialist II is responsible for basic clinical duties needed in preparing a patient for a Radiology procedure. The Radiology-MA II/ Scheduling Specialist II is responsible for scheduling CT, MRI, NM and PET exams. The Radiology-MA II/Scheduling Specialist II works collaboratively with the clinical and support services teams to assure efficient and effective operations in the department while maintain confidentiality of all patients’ records, medical treatment and diagnosis and abiding by the policies and procedures of the department. Patient family centered care is essential to this role. EDUCATION: High school graduate with good interpersonal and computer skills. EXPERIENCE: One to three years experience in a medical office setting preferred.
