The Certified Medical Assistant will provide clerical and receptionist services, transcribe physician orders, and oversee the patient medical chart system. They will also coordinate patient healthcare activities and provide patient care under clinical supervision.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent, complete an accredited Medical Assistant Training Program, and hold a current Certified Medical Assistant Certification. Additional preferred qualifications include an Associate Degree and certifications in first aid and nursing assistance.
