The Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse provides direct, compassionate nursing care to hospice patients under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, focusing on managing comfort and supporting families during end-of-life care. Essential functions include implementing the established plan of care, assessing and educating patients, delivering appropriate pain and symptom management, and accurately documenting all care provided.
Candidates must be graduates of an accredited practical or vocational nursing program and hold current state LPN/LVN licensure along with current CPR certification. A minimum of three years of nursing experience is preferred, ideally in home health, community-based, or medical-surgical settings, and applicants must possess a reliable, insured automobile.

Graduate of an accredited practical nursing or vocational nursing program. Minimum of three years of nursing experience preferred; home health, community-based, or medical-surgical experience ideal. Licensed driver with a reliable, insured automobile meeting organizational requirements.
