The Speech Language Pathologist will plan, organize, and deliver specialized therapy services focused on comfort, communication, and quality of life for hospice patients, establishing individualized plans of care based on functional deficits identified during home environment assessments. Responsibilities also include instructing patients and families on treatment plans and collaborating with physicians and the interdisciplinary team to ensure coordinated, holistic care.
Candidates must possess a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology and meet the education and experience requirements for the Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA, along with current state licensure and CPR certification. A minimum of one year of clinical SLP experience and a reliable automobile are also mandatory, along with an understanding of hospice philosophy.

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an approved program, including required internship. Meets education and experience requirements for the Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA. Certified and licensed to practice Speech-Language Pathology in the state of practice. Current CPR certification. Licensed driver with an insured, reliable automobile meeting organizational requirements. Minimum of one year of clinical SLP experience.
