As a CCS Clinician, you will deliver urgent behavioral health care through crisis planning and stabilization interventions. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide solution-focused clinical interventions for clients in acute need.
Candidates should have a Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field, with independent clinical licensure preferred. Experience working with adults with mental illness or substance abuse is required, along with strong diagnostic and crisis intervention skills.

Eliot is seeking a compassionate and dedicated CCS Clinician to provide high-quality care and support to clients in need. The Community Crisis Stabilization (CCS) program is a vital component of Eliot’s innovative Community Behavioral Health Center (CBHC), which serves as a centralized access point for mental health and substance use services for youth, families, and adults.
As a CCS Clinician, you will play a critical role in delivering urgent care through crisis planning, stabilization, and short-term treatment to support clients during acute periods. In collaboration with a multidisciplinary CBHC team, you will provide solution-focused clinical interventions aimed at managing crises and promoting stability until ongoing services are established.
$40/hr.
Annual Salary $26,000—$28,000 USD
