How you’ll make an impact in this role Plan Execution & Oversight

• Actively implementing and adjusting care plans while keeping a constant pulse on the patient's status.
• Clinical
• Communication: Translating physician and nursing orders into action and documenting outcomes for the rest of the medical team.
• Interdisciplinary
• Liaison: Serving as the primary point of contact between different medical disciplines to prevent "silos" in treatment.
• Resource
• Coordination: Assessing the patient’s evolving needs and pulling in the necessary healthcare team members to meet them.

What minimum requirements you’ll need Licensure / Certification / Registration

• Required
• Credential(s): Advanced Life Support obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Registered Nurse credentialed from the Tennessee Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.

Education

Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.
