The role involves championing individualized care by implementing and monitoring comprehensive care plans to ensure clinically precise interventions and superior patient outcomes. Responsibilities also include leading the patient experience by coordinating across disciplines and driving safety through accurate execution of medical orders.
Minimum requirements include obtaining BLS Provider certification within 30 days of hire or transfer, and holding a Registered Nurse credential from the Tennessee Board of Nursing prior to the start date. Candidates must have a Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing or required professional licensure at the time of hire.

BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Registered Nurse credentialed from the Tennessee Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
