The role involves leading the delivery of compassionate, evidence-based nursing care while ensuring alignment with the highest safety standards and organizational excellence. This includes coordinating multidisciplinary teams, monitoring patient conditions in real-time, and managing comprehensive discharge plans for successful transitions.
Candidates must possess a Registered Nurse license obtained prior to hire and a Diploma from an accredited nursing school or equivalent professional licensure. A minimum of 3 years of acute care RN experience in L&D, Mother-Baby, or NICU is required, along with BLS certification within 30 days of hire.
$38.50 - $55.02 per hour Sign-on bonus: up to $10,000.00

How you’ll make an impact in this role Lead the delivery of compassionate, evidence-based nursing care, ensuring every action aligns with the highest safety standards and organizational excellence. Coordinate a multidisciplinary team of specialists to ensure patient care is seamless, holistic, and focused on the best possible clinical outcomes. Monitor and interpret patient conditions in real-time, acting as the vital link between the patient and the medical team through proactive communication and precise documentation. Advocate for the patient’s journey by initiating and managing comprehensive discharge plans, ensuring a safe and successful transition from hospital to home.
BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart. Association or American Red Cross accepted. Registered Nurse obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.
