The Licensed Practical Nurse will provide compassionate support to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities, assisting with daily activities such as medication administration, G-Tube care, hygiene, and fostering community connections. Key duties include assessing consumer health status, maintaining medical records, and participating in health evaluations and plan development.
Candidates must possess an LPN License, be licensed in New Jersey, and have a minimum of 1 year of experience in a relevant setting like an Adult Program or Group Home. Additional requirements include knowledge of health regulations, excellent communication skills, a valid driver's license, and successful completion of background checks and screenings.
