Caregivers will support older adults in maintaining safety, comfort, and independence at home by assisting with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming. Responsibilities also include preparing simple, nutritious meals, maintaining clean living spaces, providing medication reminders, and offering active companionship.
Candidates should ideally have previous experience as a Caregiver, Home Health Aide, or PCA, although a compassionate nature is highly valued. Required attributes include confidence in housekeeping, meal preparation, safe transfer techniques, clear communication, and the physical ability to assist with transfers or lift up to 50 lbs.

What You’ll Do Personal Care & Dignity – Support bathing, dressing, grooming, and safe mobility.
Healthy Meals & Home Care – Cook simple, nutritious meals; keep living spaces clean and organized.

What You Bring Previous experience as a Caregiver, Home Health Aide, PCA, preferred—but a big heart matters most.

Strength to assist transfers using Gait Belt or lift up to 50 lbs when needed
