Admissions Assistant

This role involves reviewing prospective admissions against established criteria and efficiently completing the patient admission process, including timely distribution of necessary paperwork to notify staff of arrivals or transfers. Responsibilities also include greeting new patients, completing admission forms, notifying clinical leads, and escorting patients and documentation to the appropriate location.

The candidate must accurately process patient admissions, ensure all required medical or behavioral health information is received, and schedule necessary appointments with relevant personnel. Additionally, the role requires handling various clerical duties such as managing paperwork, performing data entry, and communicating with insurance companies regarding claims.
