The Pharmacist will supervise and provide comprehensive pharmaceutical care for inpatient and outpatient services, including medication dispensing, verification of IV admixtures, chemotherapy preparation, and TPN services. Key duties involve screening and verifying medication orders, performing medication reconciliation, and providing clinical recommendations to ensure safe and cost-effective therapy.
Candidates must possess a minimum of two years of recent hospital pharmacist experience and hold an active Idaho Pharmacist license, which must be attached upon submission. A requirement for this role is holding a current AHA BLS certification and a willingness to adhere to rotating weekend shifts and on-call duties.
