The Clinical Therapist will provide therapeutic services multiple times per week to assigned youth and families within the Home-Based Treatment team, delivering treatment planning and counseling services according to established standards. Responsibilities also include maintaining accurate documentation in the EHR system and ensuring compliance with confidentiality guidelines.
Candidates must possess a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in a related field (Social Work, Counseling, Psychology) and hold current Ohio licensure (LSW, LISW, LPC, or LPCC). A valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and insurability under the agency's policy are also mandatory requirements.
