Compensation & Benefits

LSW/LPC - $55,000 to $68,000 annually.
LISW/LPCC - $65,000 to $75,000 annually.

Position Summary

Unison Health is seeking an LSW/LPC/LISW/LPCC.
This position provides direct therapeutic services to assigned clients with mental illness and adjustment difficulties.
These services are provided through individual, group and family therapy or through the diagnostic assessment process.
This position also requires linkage and advocacy skills as necessary.
This position supports early childhood mental health consultation as part of the Whole Child Matters grant.
Candidates will conduct some diagnostic assessments, individual therapy and family therapy for children with a focus on ages 0-6.

Key Responsibilities & Role Highlights

Provides diagnostic service via face-to-face contact with clients under the supervision of a licensed independent clinician or via telehealth under the supervision of a licensed independent clinician.
Provides treatment planning and counseling services to an assigned caseload of clients in accordance with state mandates, established agency and program policies, procedures, and philosophy.
Documents all services provided and maintains records utilizing the electronic record in accordance with agency policy/procedure.
