The therapist provides direct therapeutic services including individual, group, and family therapy to clients with mental illness. They are also responsible for conducting diagnostic assessments and maintaining accurate clinical documentation in the electronic record.
Candidates must hold a BSW or a master’s degree in social work or counseling and possess relevant licensure (LSW, LPC, LISW, or LPCC). Strong knowledge of mental health, assessment skills, and the ability to work with diverse populations are required.
