As a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse, the role involves clinical leadership, working within an interdisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care, and promoting resident well-being through assessments and care planning. Key duties include coordinating medical services, administering advanced nursing interventions like IVs, and ensuring documentation meets regulatory compliance.
Candidates must possess an active Colorado RN or LPN License issued by DORA and must be a graduate of an accredited nursing program. A current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association is also required for this position.
