The Certified Nursing Assistant will provide care to seniors and individuals with illnesses, injuries, or chronic diseases within their homes, assisting with daily activities like bathing, dressing, and hygiene. Responsibilities also include monitoring vital signs, tracking intake/output, checking blood glucose, and documenting observations for the home health team.
Applicants must possess a High school diploma or equivalent and hold an active CNA License or Certification (with 75+ hours completed) in Florida. A current CPR certification, a valid Florida driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation are mandatory.
