$85 - $95 / HOUR
Provide home-based speech therapy to patients experiencing communication, swallowing, or cognitive difficulties resulting from illness or injury, working collaboratively within a home health team to meet established goals. Responsibilities include observing and evaluating patient abilities, conducting assessments, documenting progress, assisting with specific exercises, and educating patients and families on the care plan.
Candidates must possess a Master's or Doctoral degree in Speech Language Pathology along with an active SLP license in Arizona, and a minimum of one year of speech therapy experience, preferably in home healthcare. Additional requirements include CPR Certification, a valid Arizona Fingerprint Card, and the ability to pass a background check and drug test (THC testing required).
