The Speech Therapist will plan and implement specific speech therapy treatment programs for residents across various settings in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team. Key duties include evaluating residents, developing individual treatment plans, delivering prescribed treatments, supervising aides, and maintaining accurate documentation.

Plan and implement specific speech therapy treatment programs for residents in a variety of settings according to accepted Speech Therapy practices and principles and in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
1. Evaluate, develop, and initiate individual speech therapy treatment plan for residents in SNF/OP/Home Health settings.
1. Requires current certification as a Speech Therapist in the state of Texas. 2. Minimum of one-year related experience preferred. Prior related experience or training in rehabilitative and restorative therapy and experience with aging population preferred.
