The role involves providing screening, assessment, treatment planning, life skills training, pre-vocational training, documentation, case management, crisis intervention, and counseling services to seriously mentally ill consumers within a residential setting. The provider is also responsible for contributing to and creating a recovery-based environment for patients.
Candidates must be at least 21 years old and meet specific education and experience criteria, which range from a High School Diploma/GED plus six months of experience to a non-related Bachelor's degree plus six months of experience. All applicants require MVR clearance and must obtain or already possess fingerprint clearance from the Arizona Department of Public Safety.

As a Direct Care Provider, you will provide screening, assessment, treatment planning, life skills, pre-vocational training, related documentation, case management, crisis intervention, individual and/or group counseling services to seriously mentally ill consumers in a residential environment. Responsible for contributing to and creating a recovery-based environment.
Location: Payson Residential
Sunday-Wednesday 11am-9pm. We offer shift differential.
