Caregivers will assist clients with non-skilled, non-medical care in their homes, which includes helping with prescribed medication, mobility, personal care, and light housekeeping duties like meal preparation. Responsibilities also involve collecting condition information and reporting any unusual incidents to medical staff and family members.
Applicants must have at least one year of verifiable caregiver experience or an active STNA license, along with a high school diploma or equivalent and a valid driver's license. Preferred qualifications include current CPR certification, and all candidates must demonstrate respect, compassion, physical endurance, and strong communication skills.
