The Physical Therapist will evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic conditions using evidence-based techniques, developing individualized treatment plans based on assessments and patient goals. Responsibilities also include coordinating care with other professionals, documenting progress, and educating patients on injury prevention and home programs.
Candidates must possess a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent and hold current state licensure as a Physical Therapist, though new graduates are welcome. Strong skills in manual therapy and therapeutic exercise, along with excellent communication, are required to manage a full caseload in a fast-paced setting.
