Position Summary

We are seeking a dependable, motivated, and eager‑to‑learn individual to join our Practice Operations team as Surgical Coordinator. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or someone starting their career who is looking for hands‑on experience in a professional healthcare environment.

No prior experience is required — we are happy to train the right candidate who brings a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn.

What you’ll do

With training and support, you will assist with day‑to‑day operational and administrative tasks that help our practices run smoothly. Responsibilities may include:
Supporting daily office and operational workflows
Assisting with data entry, reporting, and document management
Communicating with internal team members to help resolve routine issues
Helping track tasks, follow up on action items, and maintain organization
Learning basic healthcare operations processes and systems
Assisting leadership with special projects as needed
Performing other administrative and operational duties as assigned

Required
