The therapist will deliver intensive home-based treatment services focused on empowering youth and caregivers to develop coping mechanisms, aiming to prevent out-of-home placement or facilitate successful transitions home. Key duties include acting as the clinical lead for cases, developing and coordinating individual treatment plans, and implementing best practice treatment models.
Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Social Work (LSW) or a Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy with an appropriate dependent license (LSW, LPC, or LMFT). Essential requirements include holding or being willing to obtain a Certified CANS Assessor credential, having reliable transportation, and maintaining required auto insurance coverage.
