The details

• The dynamic patient caseload consists primarily of general orthopedics with some high-level neurological patients.
• Private treatment space
• 1:1 Highly personalized and patient-centered care
• Aquatic pool onsite
• Schedule is Monday - Friday, no weekends or holidays
• Flexible scheduling with some late evening expectations

The responsibilities

• Deliver quality one on one outcomes driven Physical Therapy services
• Document with web-based software and documentation system (EMR)
• Provide accurate and timely documentation for current patient caseload and oversee compliance of department.
• Conduct patient and family education
• Display strong skills in flexibility, time management, and communication
• Other duties as assigned

• Education Requirements
• Degree from a CAPTE accredited school
• Current state licensure or eligibility in Physical Therapy in Indiana

• Experience Requirements
• One (1) year of outpatient experience or would consider New Grads with appropriate clinical rotations
• Strong skills in flexibility, time management, leadership, and communication
• Patient focused to provide the best customer service experience

License/Certification Requirements Minimum

• Physical Therapist Assistant license eligible to practice in the state of Indiana
• Basic Life Support (American Heart Association)
