The role involves developing and executing consistent treatment plans from intake to closure, providing individual and group psychotherapy, and teaching psychoeducation based on clinical best practices. Responsibilities also include extensive case management, documentation, and collaboration with various internal and external agencies to ensure optimal client service.
Candidates need a Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field, plus 1 to 2 years of internship and 3+ years of prior clinical experience, or a related PhD/PsyD with zero to three years of prior clinical experience. Training in CBT, DBT, and Solution-Focused Therapy is preferred.
Develop and carry out a consistent plan of treatment, from intake and assessment to closure.
