include assisting clients with activities of daily living, transferring, positioning, observing and reporting changes in physical and mental conditions, and providing companionship. The role also requires documenting activities in the Care Plan Book and recording daily hours and services performed.
Candidates must be at least 18 years old, possess a valid social security number, and be able to read, write, and speak English at an average adult level. Additional requirements include having a valid driver's license with no serious violations, passing a criminal background check, and the ability to lift a minimum of 25 pounds.
