As an Occupational Therapist, you will complete functional and cognitive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans. You will provide skilled interventions to support residents' independence and collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team.
Candidates must be graduates of an accredited Occupational Therapy program and hold a current or eligible Wisconsin OT license. Strong clinical reasoning, communication skills, and a passion for working with older adults are essential.
As an Occupational Therapist in our Augusta senior community, you will: Complete functional and cognitive evaluations Develop individualized, resident-centered treatment plans Provide skilled OT interventions to support independence in ADLs and meaningful occupations Educate residents, families, and staff on adaptive strategies Recommend assistive equipment and environmental modifications Collaborate with nursing, PT, SLP, and the interdisciplinary care team Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program Current or eligible Wisconsin OT license Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills Passion for working with older adults and supporting quality of life Ready to Make a Meaningful Difference?
