Responsibilities:
Assist in implementing physical therapy interventions under the supervision of a Physical Therapist (PT).
Work with residents to improve their mobility, strength, and physical function.
Help residents recover from injuries, surgeries, or illnesses by providing physical therapy exercises and techniques.
Support residents in improving their balance, coordination, and functional mobility to regain independence.
Monitor and report progress to the supervising Physical Therapist and adjust treatment plans as needed.
