• You’ll Do: Assist Physical Therapists in providing individualized care to residents across multiple senior communities Implement treatment plans to improve mobility, strength, and independence Support residents with functional activities, exercises, and daily living skills Monitor patient progress and provide feedback to PTs Collaborate with staff, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions and progress
