The Behavioral Health MA/LPN/RN supports physicians and clinicians by coordinating patient care for new and established patients, managing patient flow, and handling documentation tasks. This role also involves acting as a liaison between providers and patients, potentially covering both front and back office duties.
Candidates must possess a High School diploma or GED and meet specific educational requirements based on licensure (MA program accreditation or active WA State/MultiState Compact license for LPN/RN). A minimum of one year of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably behavioral health, is required, along with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to handle pressure.

MA/LPN/RN duties may include both front and back office.
