The Medical Office Specialist is responsible for the overall functioning of the medical office, including patient interactions, scheduling appointments, and ensuring accurate patient chart preparation. The role requires maintaining a courteous relationship with patients and assisting providers to stay on schedule.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and at least one year of administrative medical office experience. Knowledge of medical clinic functions and current BLS/CPR certification are also required.
