The Clinical Case Manager will provide case management and clinical services to assigned participants, handle administrative duties, and support participants with financial information, benefits management, and supported employment. This role also involves providing training and support to staff in these areas and participating in an on-call rotation.
Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree in the human services field along with four years of related experience and/or training working with the client population. Experience with supported employment activities and knowledge of Medicaid and benefits management are preferred qualifications.

NFI North is seeking two full-time Clinical Case Managers Monday-Friday at our 16-bed adult program which has been relocated to Arbor View in Newport, NH.
This program is a residential treatment and day program with a progressive reputation of providing comprehensive clinical, vocational services, case management, and life skills for adults living with mental illness who are seeking independent living. Many of our participants get back into the community by volunteering, gaining employment, and transitioning into apartments with the support of our amazing staff team.
