The Pharmacist Float supports pharmacy operations across multiple community locations, working closely with the Pharmacy Director to provide direct patient care and oversee medication management processes. This role also involves guiding pharmacy technicians and ensuring consistent operational performance across all sites.
Candidates must be eligible for Pharmacist licensure in the State of Maine, with a PharmD or advanced degree preferred, along with experience in healthcare pharmacy operations. Strong communication and organizational skills are necessary, along with the ability to travel between locations and work a rotating schedule including evenings and weekends.
