The Scheduling Coordinator is responsible for ensuring appropriate staffing levels are maintained at all times to guarantee quality nursing care provision. This involves creating staffing schedules and coordinating with leadership to communicate needs while adhering to budgetary and regulatory guidelines.
Candidates must successfully complete a state-approved training program in medication administration and possess an Indiana QMA or CNA license. Strong interpersonal skills, a commitment to senior care excellence, and demonstration of C.A.R.E. values are also required.
