Therapists at KBBH coordinate care using treatment plans developed through comprehensive assessments and deliver services consistent with the client’s individualized Pathway of Care. They are responsible for maintaining documentation, contributing to treatment team meetings, and ensuring positive outcomes for clients.
Candidates must have a graduate degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or another behavioral science field and demonstrate competency in mental health assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and therapeutic intervention. Licensure or registration toward licensure is required, along with a commitment to professional conduct and continuous education.

Therapist I annual salary is $60-$70K depending on experience. Therapist II-IV salaries are at higher pay grades, and are obtained with more than three years of experience. Additionally, 5% increase to wage calculation for Therapists who are licensed in the State of Oregon.
