The advanced practice provider manages inpatient and outpatient care, conducts assessments, and collaborates with the healthcare team to implement treatment plans. Responsibilities also include performing surgical procedures, prescribing medications, and participating in quality initiatives.
Candidates must have a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant degree and relevant licensure in Florida. Current BLS certification is also required, along with the ability to perform complex diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.
The advanced practice provider provides inpatient/ outpatient management, consultations, and co-management of patients in the acute care and practice setting.
