The Team Assistant provides clerical and administrative support to help the department achieve its goals. Key duties include maintaining files, managing databases, organizing meetings, and ensuring office efficiency.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and at least two years of clerical or secretarial experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite software is required.
Full-time; Monday - Friday
Education/Training High School diploma or equivalent. Working knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, presentation and/or database software, preferably Microsoft Office based products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access). Experience Two (2) years clerical or secretarial experience.
