The Pharmacy Technician will support licensed pharmacists in the preparation, distribution, and inventory management of medications within the hospital. Responsibilities include compounding sterile and non-sterile medications, restocking automated dispensing cabinets, and ensuring accurate medication delivery to nursing units.
Candidates must have completed an accredited Pharmacy Technician program and hold a National Pharmacy Technician Certification. Prior inpatient or hospital pharmacy experience, including sterile compounding, is required along with an active state Pharmacy Technician license.
