The Medical Sonographer I is responsible for the operation of diagnostic ultrasound equipment and performing dynamic ultrasound procedures. The role includes contributing to teaching, administrative duties, and ensuring the efficient operation of the department.
Candidates must have completed an ultrasound-training program and hold certification by the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonography or be registry eligible. CPR certification is also required, along with a preference for six months or more of experience in ultrasound.

Satisfactory completion of an ultrasound-training program. Certification by the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARMDS) or Registry eligible.
Demonstrates an equivalent combination of education and/or experience specifically in ultrasound. Six month or more experience preferred
Licensure: CPR certification (BLS) required ARDMS required
