The occupational therapist is responsible for evaluating patients and developing individualized treatment plans that integrate with the continuum of care. They must also document patient progress, ensure accurate billing, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to meet patient goals.
Candidates must hold at least a bachelor's degree in occupational therapy from an approved program. A current Florida occupational therapist license and BLS/HealthCare Provider certification are required.
