The Residential Crisis Clinician provides trauma-informed mental health support, including individual, group, and family therapy for youth in a residential program. They also conduct intake assessments, develop treatment plans, and coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams and external partners.
Candidates must hold a Master's degree in a mental health-related field and possess a current California license or registration with the Board of Behavioral Sciences. Previous experience in an acute psychiatric or residential setting is preferred, along with a valid driver's license and clean driving record.

We’re looking for a Residential Social Worker/Clinician to provide meaningful, trauma-informed mental health support to youth living in our Short-Term Residential Therapeutic Program. In this role, you’ll build strong therapeutic relationships, provide individual, group, and family therapy, and help guide youth through crisis, healing, and transition. We’ll rely on you to partner closely with families, treatment teams, and community providers to create thoughtful, coordinated care that supports safety, stability, and long-term growth.
