The physical therapist will perform systematic patient assessments and provide high-quality care for orthopedics and oncology rehabilitation patients. They are also responsible for maintaining accurate documentation and collaborating with the clinic team to support service line growth.
Candidates must hold current state licensure or be eligible for licensure as a Physical Therapist. A BLS certification is required or must be obtained within the first 90 days of employment.

The Colony is looking for a physical therapist to join our team of 2 PT's and 2 PSS. We are looking for an individual who is passionate about caring for people, a true team player (help out anyone in clinic as needed), and open to marketing / building relationships. We currently treat orthopedics, oncology rehab, and weekend warriors but also open to adding service lines needed by our surrounding community. Initial and ongoing systematic patient assessment Patient Case Load Average: 10-12 patients a day Timely and accurate documentation using TherapEBridge Interpreting assessment/diagnostic data including medical notes and surgery reports Ensuring medical orders are transcribed and processed accurately Promoting continuous quality improvement Instructing and counseling patients/families as needed
