The pharmacist is responsible for verifying and filling medication orders, monitoring patient therapies, and providing drug information. They also supervise support personnel and ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and safety standards.
Candidates must be graduates of a school of pharmacy and hold a valid pharmacist license in the state of practice. Preferred qualifications include a Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree and one year of technical or inpatient clinical pharmacy experience.

Verify and fills orders for medications, monitors patient medication therapies, provide drug information, identifies and troubleshoots potential medication safety hazards, documents all interactions for medical review, and supervises and directs support personnel.
