The Specialty Clinical Pharmacist provides comprehensive medication management and clinical pharmacy services to patients in collaboration with specialty care teams. They are responsible for drug distribution, medication safety initiatives, quality improvement, and serving as a clinical liaison between the pharmacy and specialty clinics.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy and possess a current, unrestricted State of Ohio Board of Pharmacy license. A minimum of 1-2 years of recent pharmacy experience in inpatient, oncology, infusion, specialty, or MTM settings is required.

A TriHealth Specialty Clinical Pharmacist is responsible for providing optimal pharmaceutical care to all patients we serve through distributive and clinical functions. The Specialty Clinical Pharmacist collaborates with other health care providers to ensure appropriateness of all elements of pharmaceutical care and independently operates within policies and procedures to manage the department’s clinical and consultative services. This position serves as the clinical pharmacy liaison between the specialty pharmacy, specialty clinics, and patients.
