The RN is responsible for the nursing care of assigned patients and directs others in patient care. Care is delivered based on patient needs appropriate for various age groups while focusing on a patient-centered approach.
An Alabama RN/LPN License is required along with BLS certification within 30 days of hire. Candidates must demonstrate cooperation, flexibility, and the ability to multi-task in a high-paced environment.
1. Must have demonstrated cooperation, flexibility, and resourcefulness when dealing with patients, visitors, physicians, and hospital personnel. 2. Will utilize the six steps of the nursing process including Assessment, Nursing Diagnosis, Identification of Patient Outcomes, Planning, Implementation, and Evaluation.
1. Alabama RN/LPN License required. 2. Must have BLS certification within 30 days of hire. ACLS preferred. 3. Must be able to multi-task in a high-paced environment and possess the ability to exercise sound judgment. 4. Maintain a professional, positive demeanor while providing excellent customer service HOURS: 7P- 7A
