The Clinical Pharmacist performs pharmaceutical care plans, monitors pharmacotherapy, and manages medication dispensing according to scientific principles. They also participate in multidisciplinary rounds and investigate adverse drug reactions to ensure patient safety.
Candidates must hold a Pharmacy degree (Bachelor of Science or PharmD) and possess a valid license from the Florida Board of Pharmacy. Previous hospital experience is preferred for this role.
