  • Schedule: PRN, providing coverage as needed; typical coverage hours are Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–4:30 PM. Responsibilities

Personalized Caseloads: Manage a focused caseload of 6 clients, providing high-quality, individualized care with a commitment to family programming and parent coaching. Facilitate Individual, Family, and Group Therapy: Conduct therapy sessions that integrate trauma-informed care and systemic approaches to create meaningful change in families. Develop comprehensive discharge plans for students, ensuring thorough review with both students and their family members. Maintain compliance with treatment standards through meticulous & timely documentation of notes and adherence to MTP (Master Treatment Plan) standard requirements. Client-Centered Approach: Provide client-centered care, tailoring therapy to meet individual, group, & family therapy needs. Cultural Competency: Apply developmentally appropriate and culturally competent care, addressing the unique psychological needs of each client.

Qualifications

Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, or a related behavioral health field. Active Virginia licensure or eligibility for one of the following: LMSW, LGPC, LGMFT (Associate/Provisional) LCSW-C, LCPC, LCMFT (Fully Licensed) Preferred Experience: 1+ year of clinical experience in a residential, IOP, or PHP setting. Experience using relational, experiential, and systemic modalities. Passion for working with adolescents, young adults, and families. Willingness to obtain a CAQH profile and NPI during onboarding.

Requirements
