The therapist provides diagnostic assessments, treatment planning, and counseling services to a diverse caseload of adults, adolescents, and families. They also coordinate community resources, maintain clinical documentation, and participate in treatment conferences to ensure effective client support.
Candidates must hold a Master's degree in a relevant field or a Bachelor's degree with two years of experience in social work or counseling. A valid Ohio driver's license and appropriate professional licensure such as LSW, LCDC III, LPC, or MFT are required.
The Therapist works under the supervision of the Clinical Supervisor/Manager and is responsible for providing diagnostic assessments, treatment planning, therapy, counseling, and support services for a diverse caseload including adults, adolescents, and families. Services may be provided via telehealth, outpatient offices, and/or community-based settings.
